Parking for meetings
The parking spaces within the hotel grounds are for use by guests staying at the hotel and guests of Grand Restaurant Karel V only. The hotel shall provide 2 parking tickets and exit tickets solely for use during the organisation of a meeting. The parking tickets must be produced at the gate.
There is sufficient parking available for your guests in one of the four public car parks, within a radius of 100 to 350 metres of the hotel. Grand Hotel Karel V is located within 7 minutes walking distance of the central railway station.
Guests arriving to attend a meeting in one of the conference halls and who wish to use parking facilities shall be referred to one of the public car parks. Please inform your participants about this in advance to prevent disappointment. You can refer them to the website (www.karelv.nl) or use the digital information as an appendix to your invitations.
We have ‘pre-credited parking tickets’ available for parking in the Springweg garage (6 hours € 17.50 / 24 hours € 30.00). Our guests are obliged to follow up the parking advice given by the porters.
